3/10/2009 - Voltage drop - relay put in. Stereo getting installed this morning. Full detail tomorrow, then pj's on and ready for POWERCRUISE next weekend. Sorry this is short Cardomain ducked up on me!
26/9/2009 - Well looks like the starter isnt the problem.... Must be a voltage drop or wiring/earth...mehhh. Hopefully get it looked at today by my hubbies work sparky.
23/9/2009 - Interior done by 'Trimcare' in Welshpool. Red and black door cards and red roof lining and visors. New front windscreen, new chrome locking strips and corners. Also put new starter and hear wrap on RH extractors on the weekend, hopefully will solve that starter problem. New Number plates GMH 308 - Score!!! New front bumper rubber, new seat belt bolt covers, red rocker cover T-Bar style, and red igintion lead holders. Powercruise in 2 weeks!!!!!
22/5/2009 - Shannon at West Racing did a tune for me, and changed the spark plugs which were nearly all fowled...? Timing was about 10 degree's out. Apparently the engine is breathing heavily. 140 on some pistons, 200 on others :(. Reckons a re-build is in order, but quoted 6g! So im looking for another block to start building. Other than that she runs great now. Starter is still an issue - The special starter which I was told would fit - Didnt. So its back to getting another standard - Which sold out the day before I wanted one :(. Going to heat wrap the extractors, hopefully that might help. If not might have to look at getting them coated. Took her for a drive to Gin Gin last weekend. Purred the whole way :):)
28/4/2009 - Booked the Torry in with West Racing for Monday. Spoke to Tim, great guy and VERY helpful. Cant wait to sort this shit out. Plus discovered there is a special type of starter for 308's with extractors - stop the heat getting to it - What do you know! But its from over east. Hopefully will get a standard one this week, swap it over and drive her to West Racing. If she wont stop spluttering, will have to get it towed.
27/3/2009 - Have come to the conclusion that the starter motor is stuffed. Not bad for only being two years old and only driven abour 10 times..... Not sure why, maybe its getting too hot from the extractors?? But need to get a new one, and then off to get it tuned - They can deal with all the problems, im sick of them :)
22/3/2009 - Powercuirse last October was great. Pity the Torry wasnt tuned :( Still only a tune to go - as is running pretty rough.

26/08/2007 Well finally she is back on the road, after replacing the entire fuel system. Got a beaut new 600 holley carby, and got the weather strips in this weekend, so she's all set for driving.
9/12/2007 Finally received the new fuel sender and pick-up from the US, after nearly a year of waiting. Just have to find a drop tank now :):) Apart from getting started on a big shed to keep her in, not much has happend, working away does that unfortunatly
