I originally bought this truck not just because I liked to look and wanted a truck. But I needed somewhere to put my crutches after biting it in a motorcycle accident.

Then the mod bug hit very soon after relieving myself of the crutches. To date I've replaced the upper ball joints, Fastman Throttle Body, Airaid CAI, Borla Cat-back, R/T rims, 2/3 drop kit, Belltech rear anti-sway bar, SuperChips Microtuner set to 91 Performance mode, APC Clear Corner lenses, Carbon fiber fuel door, Wade window vent guards, Extang soft tonneau cover, Nu Image White Face Guages, cross drilled and slotted front brake rotors, TPS @ .75, Hawk HPS front brake pads, Power Trax No-Slip System, Antenna shaft removed and replaced with a hidden amplified antenna, Taurus electric fan installed, and a Line-X spray on bedliner. I've also installed the overhead console and the autodimm rearveiw mirror.

01/12/07 Well it's been a few months since an update. I've since added mesh to my front grill. When I get some pictures I'll post them. I've also removed the Jet Performance Stage II chip and and now have a Superchips MicroTuner. There is definitely and difference and I like the extra options I can change and the ability of it to read PCM codes. Also, I bought a Fastman 68mm throttle body. It's unbelievable how that change has woken up the engine.

04/04/07 I removed the Borla Headers. I had a constant exhaust leake on the driver's side. Finally got tired of listening to it and replaced the gasket and it would still leaked after a couple of days. Sold them on EBay.
I bought a Powertrax No-Slip traction system. Took about an hour to install. Now I get traction to both wheels. I haven't lit up the tires yet. I'm still breaking it in. I'm going to replace the gear oil this weekend with some heavier stuff.

10/23/08 I removed the decals and thought I'd try a different look. I know it's not an SRT8, but I've always been a fan of the emblems and I changed the Dodge decal on the tailgate.
