UPDATE: Underdrive Pulleys installed on 09-6-09. After the clutch install on 9-7-9, I took it for a test drive. I was very happy with the pulleys on the short drive I took.

   The ZF 5speed tranmission has two vent holes on top for cooling purposes. I am going to cover the holes with screen to keep the larger pieces of mud and dirt from entering the clutch.

UPDATE: plenum spacer installed . It seems to work fine. The accelerator cable is now perfectly aligned in the factory position.

Current project(s) are;

 Custom rear bumber build. I am making this out of scrap 3x5 box tubing.(UPDATE)No new progress on the bumper, but there should be some soon.

"White"rattle can paintjob almost done. I also made a magnet for my truck. When I park it in front of my store, it will have the CarQuest shield on the door and CarQuest flags flying in the bed. It should get a little attention parked next to the road.

Future projects are;

  5:13 gears front and back

  Custom longbed stepside slightly bobbed in the rear.

(UPDATE) I bought a tailgate from a 93 F150 stepside today for $65 .

  Rear disc brake conversion .

Looks like a nice project there. I'm working on a 90 Bronco right now too. Think I am going with the prerunner setup though.
