Dyno with mods, 90.25 whp, 91.24 wtq. Improvment of 5.72 whp and 4.39 wtq over stock exhaust.

2nd custom exhaust system - 2" mandrel bend, stainless, all held together with V-bands. Flex-pipe added to collector on my used Stahl header (had additional mount fabricated for collector to keep everything relatively still). Reused muffler and resonator, still no cat. Now much quieter cruising on the freeway.

Stahl header from a BMW 2002

removed cat-converter

E21parts.net performance ignition package

Factory 13" basket weave rims + Yokohama AVID T4 tires 

pulled all a/c hardware (inoperable) 45 lbs. dead weight

pulled spare tire and tools - 40 lbs savings.

320is front lip

New stereo and speakers

Clifford alarm
