Hello and welcome to my Neon's web page. Thank you for stopping bye and checking out my baby. Please sign my guest book and let me know what you think. All opinions are welcome and appreciated. I hope you enjoy your stay.
Well the Day after I bought my Neon, back in May 2000, I got the windows tinted (Medium) in the front and (Dark) in the Back. Then my beautiful wife of 24 years (Mandy) bought the front end cover for my B-day two months later. That was over 8 years ago now and both the window tinting and the front end cover are still going strong eight years later.
Left side with Stock snowflake rims.....................---......................Right side with new DeCorsa rims
From the very beginning I've had a set of Dragon seat covers to protect the seats from the ware and tare of daily use. I know that this is a small thing but in the long run it will save the seats from having to be redone. I also have a dash cover too protect it from the harmful rays of the sun. It has faded from it's original charcoal grey but has done it's job well. The dash and the seats all are still in pristine condition because of the preventative steps taken.
Representing the Kings and protecting the rear seat backing. Love my adjustable rear head rests.
Then along came the Weathertech window guards that slide inside the window guides. So there is no messy glue or tape installation, very clean. They are up front only. So when it rains or if she sits out overnight in the elements, the windows can be opened without the hassle of the water getting all over the inside of the car.
Then came along the Sony CDX-M8800 and the CDX-T69 (the 6 CD changer is installed in the trunk)Also this unit comes with a remote control not pictured. The Heavy Metal (Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Scorpions, Randy Rhoades....) can always be heard blasting from this unit, and along with the MTX Subs it sounds fantastic.
Then came the MTX-TA-421D (300 watt) amp under the front passenger seat and 2 MTX T4512-04 Thunder 4500 in a Q-Logic enclosure. Both the stereo system and sub system were purchased through CarDomain . This bass setup adds a lot of thump, and really rounds out the whole sound spectrum.
