This is my 1987 IrocZ, 5.7L Tuned Port Injection, Ttops, Borg Warner 3.27 posi rear differential, 16x8" wheels with 245/50VR16 BFGoodrich Comp T/A's, OEM extreme heavy duty suspension, wonderbar, etc. I bought this car back in the summer of 1998 as a replacement for my 83 Camaro. I drove it for awhile and did some small modifications and restoration work. It's got a 3" Edelbrock catback exhaust, K&N filters, Accel cap and rotor, Bosch platinum plugs, etc. At one time it had a full stereo with a Pioneer CD player, Pioneer speakers, 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch 12's, a Profile 2400 amp, etc. It has since been removed and returned back to the stock am/fm Cassette with 5-band EQ, and stock Delco speakers.
It currently sits with 60,000 miles on the clock in a insulated storage garage. It gets driven a couple times every summer just to pull the tops and listen to the roar of fuel injected V8.
Some of the pictures have been in circulation on the internet for many years. I apologize for not having anything recent, however there isn't much to see that's changed... The painted louvers are ancient history and it finally runs right...
Update: 12/8/06
I pulled the Iroc out of storage today to switch to the new Kansas license plates. Since Kansas doesn't have a front plate, I was able to remove the plate and the bracket. While I had it out I gave it a bath, and snapped some new pics.
