Ok so, the story of Kelly's Parent's Vue (aka the car i get to drive when I decide I want to drive...)

FillyLuvsStangs's 2004 Saturn Vue

This actually isnt my Vue, I think its funny lookin and dont ever want to take pictures of it lol. So I just found one that was sorta like it. Here's the story/my advice to anyone buying a Vue or a Saturn....

In 2004 we went to get our first Saturn Vue (our first SUV, however I really wanted the Aztek but we ended up with this anyways, doesnt matter not my money) So we got a 4 banger burnt orange one, totally stock and boring because we are like that... its how we roll. So it was one of those odd ones with the snowmobile style trannys, the ones that are on the belt right. After about 4 months, the thing starts to stall, but it was like not shut off engine stall, it would just not go forward, it only did it when you were pulling out too. So after about 3 stalls in major intersections we took it back to get fixed, they took it and said they fixed it... then it stalled again. So we took it back AGAIN, waited a few weeks, then they fixed it and what would you know it stalled again lol. So I think they took it for like 2 or 3 months (yeah we were STILL payin for the thing during this time) and gave us a Hyundi (or whatever its called) accent (aka accident) to drive in the winter, they are cute lil cars but how anyone drives them in the winter is beyond me, they just dont do well in the snow. So after all this time they said they fixed the car and we got it back (after finding out there was a problem in the computer which they werent willing to change, only try and fix) and it still stalled. So my rents did the smart thing and got something else, another one but nicer, we got a V6 now, which has not stalled in the 2 years we have had it, complete with leather interior.... Sure it doesnt match up to my dads old 69 stang he once had, but nothing ever will lol

so thats my advice, dont buy a car with those stupid trannys, the belt slips out and they stall... then the dealership will hose you because they do that. Honour your real transmission lol

and remember, you can kick the vue, it doesnt dent. Neither does the Ion, we have one of them too, I dont like it so i kick it for fun, and no dents :-D

Thats the problem when you buy cheaply, you pay dearly! I wouldn't buy any SUV with a 4 banger. Hopefully you ION doesn't give you problems from you kickin' it. I know you wouldn't kick your horse, or would you?LOL.
