Well she not just runs, but moves. I had some issues at first with a back fire happening through the carb. Luckily, all it was was two plugs wires were put on the cap wrong. So now that that's fixed, it runs like a scalded dog. It's got MAC mufflers on it currently which sound pretty good, but I think I may replace them with some sort of race bullet style mufflers.

I was having an issue with the Lokar throttle cable I was using. It was binding up and not allowing the carb to open fully nor close after I let off the throttle. The fix was easy after I thought about it for a minute. Just drill a hole in the gas pedal that is slightly bigger than the cable itself and route it through it. Works perfectly now. As you can see, I did not use factory Ford accessory brackets. They are big and bulky and really wasn't the look I was going for under the hood. It's a hot rod- it needs to look like one. Also, I would have needed to buy another bracket to delete the AC if I was using the factory brackets, so I bought billet aluminum ones instead. They keep it clean under the hood. The alternator bracket is from Summit and the power steering is from UPR products. If I had to do this again, I would have gone through CFR Performance and gotten the entire kit from them which include underdrive pulleys.

This is the engine in running condition. You can see the billet brackets as well as the radiator hold down brackets I made.
