To answer the comment, yes it is a 2000 P71, meaning it is a police interceptor model Crown Victoria and it was used as a full duty police cruiser in the town of Evans, NY from new to about 75,000 miles.
Update (Aug 15th 2007): I just installed 4 brand new 225/60R16 Goodyear Assurance Triple Tread tires cause the old tires were pretty much worn to slicks. They make a big difference in handling and the car feels much more sure-footed on dry pavement and dirt/gravel. It feels less spongy, but it does ride alittle harder with the stiffer sidewall. I can't wait to test them in some wet weather. Overall, I think the small ride comfort reduction was worth the extra grip.

Update (July 2007): Installed the Mercury Marauder Spoiler finally. I decided to keep the black color it came in to accent the other black features of the car, plus I didn't have to pay to get it painted.

First ricer take down (Summer 2006): I street raced a riced up, coffee can equipped early Honda Prelude 5-speed at a light up to about 60mph. My all American V8 powered 2 ton land barge pulled away with no problem. (and I could definitely hear him racing.)
