This is what I used to drive.
First Ill give you a little bit of where I started from (car wise). This is my old 1984 Toyota Tercel, my mother purchased this vehicle back in 84 BRAND NEW, when I got my DL my mother reluctantly passed the car on to me (with good reason). The rust practically comsumes the entire car, me and my friend performed a hack cover up job. The suspension is entierly shot, the clutch slips like there is no tomorrow, and no on I mean no one will fix holes in the tires because they are deemd unsafe for driving. I got my fisrt speeding ticket about a week after I got my lisence (yes this beast can speed eh) nearly doubling the speed limit, 2 months after that I got another (on a good roll here). Now for the next while I stayed clean, maybe due to the fact that I had my lisence taken away. After I got it back I lasted about a month before I got another ticket, which I lost my lisence for again! But before they could take it away I got into an accident in the car. Remember how I said the tires were unsafe for driving, well the breaks anrt in any better condition, I rear ended a 2 day old car, only causing minor damage to their vehicle. For my car all that was needed was a new hood and some handy hammer work. At about this time I was broke due to driving. I got my lisence back again just before new years 2006, at which time I devoted myself to working and buying a better car, i was sick of driving around an old P.O.S all the time (but I DID get all the ladies..... NOT). Skip forward to about a week before my 19th B-day I took a friend out car shopping, I had no intention really of buying a car at all. He led me to this place he wanted to check out called the skyline shop, me having no idea what a skyline was untill he mentioned that fast and the furious movie (And I was like SWEET). When we got there, they had about 16 cars all lined up all the same model and all in beautifll condition except one. It needed some work, and they addmited it, but I bought it right there on the spot anyways. now because the car was legal to bring over as of July 8th they had not had a chance to make it roadworthy so I left it with them for a week, to fix it up (lot of hep that did). Then on my birthday I got my parents to drive me back to the dealer, then drove home in my brand new 15 year old skyline (the trip home was faster then the trip there). Which started my life with a performance car (which I knew nothing about).
Hello my name is Brooks, this is my 1991 Nissan Skyline GTS-T(does anyone else find it fiffucult to pull an e-brake slide in a RHD, its just awkward). I got this car as a birthday present to myself on July 29 2006. The following pages are about my car, If you wish to cantact me my e-mail is bmurtha@hotmail.com. I look forward to getting your input on my vehicle, and welcome suggestions for its future. Please do rate my car and leave a message, ill come check out your ride. The car has a lot of HP but is lacking in the tourque department which isnt really unexpected as it is a JDM car. It has the stock RB20DET motor in it with only 122,000kms on it.
