This is the newest addition ot the garage. This is the Silverado as delivered, ready for modifications First set of modifications are geared towards pulling this monster - a 2007 Montana weighing in a little over 7 tons when fully loaded!! I had the fancy electronic mirrors that moved with the seat memory and folded from inside the cab with these OEM towing mirrors. They no longer folded and did not respond to seat memory but they're heated and permit excellent visibility even when towing a 36 foot trailer. Next improvement was adding a Rhino spray on bed lining. Rhino is the best - it is non skid, takes anything thrown into the bed and looks better than those screw in linings. That hole in the middle of the bed is a B&W Hide-A-Ball gooseneck hitch. This allows you to pull gooseneck trailers and when its not in use the ball turns over so you can use the bed. Window tinting is a must. The tint is UV and IR so the heat does not pass through into the cab. This is another shot of the B&W hardware. This is the 7 pin brake and power connection for trailering. OEM splash guards all 4 wheels to protect truck and trailer. This is the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch which is removeable and plugs right into the B&W Hide-A-Ball hole in the bed. When not towing a 5th wheel this comes apart in just two pieces and can be out of the truck in less than 5 minutes by a single person. Another view of the Companion. This is the AirLift controller that controls airbag pressure. The Super Duty AirLift air bags.
