A/V System
UPDATE!!! I upgraded to 3 new JL Audio amps. I got a new 300/2 to power the rear MB Quart Q-Line components, and a 450/4 to power my front MB Quart Q-Line components with another 2 channels (not currently being used) that can be bridged for 150 watts going to a center channel (once I find a good way to mount another midrange and tweeter). I also have another 250/1 watt monoblock amp to power my 2 12"W0 subs that are still going strong after 8 years.

60 Gig iPod good for 15,000 songs. I don't ever carry any CD's. That technology is dead to me.
Look, I have plenty of unused inputs. I'm just using the CD changer input for my iPod. Plenty of room for expansion for headrest monitors or whatever.
Here are my 2 12" JL Audio W0s. These subs are 8 years old and they hit harder than my boys single W6. I gotta give some of the credit to my old school Crossfire amp shown below.
Here is the ugliest part of my system (but it's hidden out of view anyway)
Ironically, one of the LAST parts of my car to be Dynomated was the trunk. My doors, floors, and firewall are all Dynomatted, but this weekend I started my fiberglass enclosure project. I'll finish it in the next few weekends I think.
I finally got the trunk dynomated. I started with the spare tire well since I was making a fiberglass enclosure to take advantage of that space.
Here is my first attempt at the fiberglass enclosure. I decided it would be much easier to just make a fiberglass bottom and then make the top out of MDF.
Here are a few pictures of my interior gutted, as well as my second and final attempt at the fiberglass box.
Here are a few pictures of my my trunk project. It came out great. The surface is covered in black suade.
Here's a pic with the third amp. The walls of the trunk are black now too.
This pic shows how the rear 6 1/2 inch and tweeter (MB Quart Q-Line) were mounted in place of the stock 6 x 9 location. The installer had to cut the opening, but were able to use the stock grill.
This pic shows the kick panels that house my 5 1/4 inch and tweeter (MB Quart Q-Line) in front.
Protecting all of this is a Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5
Although my Accord is a 5 speed, I plan on hooking up the remote start since I never ever leave my car in gear unless I'm on a steep hill. Plus, I'll make sure the system knows if the car is in neutral or not...just to be safe.
