Well, for the dash I used duplicolor vinyl and trip coat paint. For all the hard plastics u have to sand them to rough it up a bit. Then clean it with paint thinner and let it dry for a good hour to two hours. Then to paint start off with a light coat of krylon fusion and wait five to ten minutes for it to get tacky, then do a solid coat. I did about four or five coats per piece. Then after the paining is done use a clear coat to seal it. I used about three coats of clear just to make use the paint would stay protected. As for what to take off first I always work top to bottom. Start with taking your headliner trim pieces out. Then take out the A, B and C pillar covers and finish up with the base board covers. Its pretty much all held in by metal clips so they will just pop out by hand. As for the dash you have to remove it to paint it if you want it to look clean. I would strongly recomend buying a Haynes Repair Guide for your car for this. It will tell you exactally how to do it alot better than I could.
