My X is a MY07/02 fully loaded 4.4.

After ownership for a yr it was time to add something to the over all look of the X. I've looked at plenty of body kits and to be honest, for the $$$ and the look, I decided on the 4.6 FULL body kit.
NOTE: The full kit consists of the front and rear bumper skirts, rear skirt caps and rear wheel arches. ALL but the upper wheel arches have tabs on them and only the 4.6 bumper skins are notched out for this installation. Simply follow these instructions and you should be good to go. (Instead of screws I used plastic rivets on the rear valance though)
As for the wheel arches, the upper portions is installed the same as the stock version w/ plastic rivets, however the lower portion has tabs on them. Now mind you, you can drill out notches on your bumper skin to match up w/ the tabs and well yeah-ok good luck. Or you can cut them off and using windshield adhesive can be installed. Though if not done right could end up lopsided and or simply come off at. Ahem high speeds. As luck would have it and to make a long story short, my X was hit in the rear. Perfect opportunity to pick up a whole new 4.6 bumper skin with all the tabs notched out for a clean a secure installation.
Next was choosing some new shoes and bring to and end of doughnut-boy (the 4.6 body kit made my SP18's look even smaller) IMO the Chrome 20s simply speak for themselves. Clean, sharp, aggressive yet not loud. Some like the look and some dont. I personally do, so F-off. >:]
As for handling??? I really noticed a big difference, specially coming from 255-55-18s all around to 275-40-20 up front and 315-35-20s in the back. The X feels so planted to the road its not even funny and the harshness of bumps and potholes are no different than when I had the 18s. Anyway here are some pics so enjoy.
Special thanks to Aplina22, Gr8wall for helping me with the transformation and especially TommyX for not only helping out w/ the trims but for going out of his way to get the rims and tires mounted and balanced for me.
Enjoy....
