<>(10/13/06) I don�t know where to start. I can�t begin to list all the bad fortune that has befallen me these last few months. For now, I have no stereo due to my car being broken into, but this is what I have done.

<>(8/30/06) Exactly one month since my last real update, a lot is happening. I bought the junker CRX for parts. Turns out there is a good 1.5� whole in the side of the block so there�s no saving it but that�s ok with me. I�m hoping to save the tranny but I am currently selling it the car with it. I got the taillights off it, and installed in my car they look great:



I took a few interior panels from the parts car but have yet to install them on my car. The reason being that I�m redoing my stereo. A huge improvement is my Eclipse HU that I stole from my girlfriends car, but she has no license so it�s not doing her any good. I have 4� pioneers in the front and 5.25� pioneers in the back. A 12� Hollywood Excursion with my brand new Audiobahn 200w amp. I absolutely love my new amp, it�s phenomenal. It came with WHITE GLOVES in a plastic baggy inside the box. It also came with some nice stickers to add to my collection( I shoulda gotten pics of the gloves..).



Then of course there is the seats that I talked about before. Well the rails were in fact not for my car, so we had to custom mount them which was retarded and we will eventually redo, but for now they are in there solid. I didn�t like the red so I used vinyl dye and butchered it, so I also have to get them reupholstered, but they will look absolutely amazing black vinyl. For now this is what they look like(don�t forget to compare to the old pictures below):


Last but very far from being least is my new rims, there is a very long story behind these rims but that�s better left for another day, for now just know that I got them for $100�.



<>Today (7/30/06) we did an engine and suspension teardown. The engine is bolted to the engine stand looking particularly small and weak due to its size. I'm taking the rear drums to work to sand blast and paint. I'm also going to press a few bushings out so we can put the new ones in. Monday I plan to drop off a large portion of my bill after work. Also on Monday Jon plans to deliver my motor to Harry's and find out the exact price of that as well as what kind of time frame it will take to be completed. Jon has two very nice, but used, red and black racing seats that were previously in my car. The rails and everything are still on them. He says he'd let them go for $200, and I'm seriously considering it. Another side note: this week I may be buying a $200 CRX. The engine is blown, but the car is all there. There is some nasty rust on the doors but it comes with carbon fiber tail lights and Si rims. Currently a few body pieces (bumpers and such) as well as the entire interior has been disassembled and heaped inside the car so after I take what I want I plan to re-assemble it and sell it as a whole car(I will get the title with it). I even have someone possibly interested...I will find out this Wed if the guy in jail who owns it is willing to give it up.
