I have a few goals for my car.  I am going to try to make it run high 10's in the quarter and pull 1g on the skid pad. plus I am going to make it stop on a dime with new corvette brakes all the way around. I am installing the stage 1 kit from scandc.com with the howe tall upper ball joints and ultra light control arms.  The lower control arms are heidt's hot rod shop, and then there's the coil over setup.  it's a QA1 with the #550 springs.  The rear suspension is going to be a home built 4 link very similar to the G-bar from alston.  I am also going with the QA1 coilovers in the rear.  I havn't decided on a spring rate yet.

The engine is a 454 with aluminum merlin heads, crane cam, victor jr. intake, speed demon 850 carb, fluiddamper balancer, trw forged pistons, 10 to 1, eagle forged rods, eagle forged crank, blueprinted, balanced, and a 200 shot kit from nitrous works. I also have a Griffin aluminum radiator. The electrical comes way of a Mallory ignition and a Mallory comp 9000 billet distributor.

There are competition engineering subframe connectors to keep it from twistin under torque. That is the best part of a big block, mega torque.

In the rear is a Moser engineering ford 9" with 31 spline moser axels, 3.73 gears a Moser center section and a nascar detroit locker.

The wheels are center line convo pro with bfg rubber.

What a Camaro!!! Sweet car. I love it. Are the seats from a different car or what? I wanna either put new seats in mine or put new foam and covers on them. Im not really sure what I want to do. Also, did the autometer guages fit the stock dash, or did u have to fabricate something? Sounds like this is gunna be a sweet car when all complete. Five stars for sure.
