Just getting started on my 240. Havent done much yet but the body and paint. I work at a body shop so i have plenty of time to hook up my ride with all the exterior accessories.

Well after 2 years my clutch finally went out! I thought about installing a stage 2 ACT clutch but instead decided to swap the motor. Not quit sure what.
Maybe red top???

When i got the car it was really clean outside. The only things that weren't to good were the horribly sun cracked dash and lack of radio. Also the Gumby looking seats really bug me.

These issues have to be fixed. So i decided to buy a donor car. Another 1989 240sx (this ones auto).

And here we have the donor car! pretty nice huh?

The first thing i did was swap out the dash(this saved me $800.00 from buying a new OEM one). Ive never done this before so it took me like 2hrs just to take it out without breaking anything. To put in was easier. I already had an idea so it took only an hour or so.

I dont see why it wouldnt look right.. as long as they both come down the same length.. i think it looks retarded when your side skirts are lower then your front bumper.. but i have your side skirts.. invader,, do-luck front bumper.. and Bomex t2 rear bumper.. and i am told it flows nice.. as long all the body lines flow... and the kit reaches the ground all the way around then you should be ok... besides that way its less likely to run into someone with the same kit! lol... everything is different on my car from the front, bumper, sideskirts, rear bumper, wide body vented front fenders, 50mm widebody for quarter panels, and spoiler... this allows you to have some thinkg different on the street or shows.. lol.. but either way i think it would look good.. car looks like its coming along real nicely.
