Well first off, I wish I could work on a computer as well as a car. But none the less, here I am. My car was actually found by a friend of mine who knew I was looking for yet ANOTHER Barracuda. I'm always looking. This car was owned by the orig. Owner and showed only 37000 miles on her when I got her. It currently has just over 40K I've not done anything to the drive train and she still has all the factory tune up equipment still on her. The engine is a 225 slant 6. Wish it were a V-8, but to be lucky enough to have found and own such a rare car, I guess I'd be happy if it had rubber bands. I did however do all the body, paint, interior work myself. While the picture shows Rally wheels on it, I now have my Classic slot wheels and new tires on it.
Many thanks go out to the 67-69 Barracuda Owners Group. I'm a Proud member of this fine group of people. Should you be interested in joining this free online based club, feel free to contact me. It is a wealth of experiance and information dealing in our second generation Barracudas.
Someday, (when hell freezes over) I'll be able to land a 68' Formula S. Fastback. I'm always looking for one here in the Northwest and hope to get one someday.
We are and entire Mopar family. I have my 67' Cuda convertible, my wife drives her 69' Dart GT. and I just bought a 02' PT Cruiser. We love them all. There's just something about Mopar!
