I got this bike in mid-July of 2006, on the same day that I earned my riding license! :P

It isn't the largest or fastest bike out there, but there's just something about 0-60mph in 6 seconds and 70mpg that makes me smile. Beats the heck out of driving a Toyota Prius, as long as you don't have any cargo or passengers to carry.

As per a promise to myself for keeping the bike upright through the 2007 season, I've recently repainted it. It used to have what is probably the most common Ninja 250 color scheme ever -- red with purple trim -- but is now one-of-a-kind. I always liked my bike, but the color scheme was something that "came between us." Now, with the new color, I can't stop staring at the damned thing. I love it.
