The Subie is a great car, about !80,000 miles, burning and leaking oil but in a very reliable and predictable fashion, it's still a good car with working 4wd. Been a lot of fun taking this car all over the pac NW on bike and Snowboarding trips, as well as for work.
UPDATE:
June 2007- New Tires from Costco, traction-ey! Installed Focal door speakers in front doors, awesome upgrade in loudness and sound quality over factory speakers.
August 2007- Repaired power window switches with salvaged parts from Junkyard. Repaired Rear hatchback hydraulic with salvaged parts. Replaced driver side wiper arm with salvaged part. Replaced all three wiper blades with new Duralast and Bosch wipers. Purchased positive battery cable from junkyard to repair corroded cable- installation to follow soon. Purchased new Belts for motor and will re-connect disabled AC this weekend as well. Car newly detailed inside and out. New Pics to follow shortly.
