1966 HOTROD Chevelle

I have owned this car since I was 17, I did all of the body work and painted it in my high school body shop. It started out with a 283 and was originally from Memphis, TN. In the last 12 years I have replaced the 283 with a 350 4-blt main bored .030 over, 10:1 TRW pistons, a 300hp 350 cam, Performer RPM intake, and a Phil Shaw Holley 600.
It has a 3" mandrel bent dual exhaust with dual Flowmaster 2-chamber mufflers, and a "X" pipe (still need to install).
I have replaced all body mounts with PST polygraphite, as well as all of the front suspension components.
I have installed Wilwood disk brakes in the front as well as upgrading to a dual cylinder Wilwood master cylinder, and a set of low profile tires on the American Racing wheels.
Future mods include Wilwood rear discs, Hotchkis rear control arms, possibly a 177cid Weiand Supercharger, Fuel injection, and a 4" cowl induction hood.

As far as how fast it is in the quarter mile, I raced a buddy of mine's 1974 Challenger w/ 3" exhaust, 360 w/Ram air and 150HP shot of NOS (above) twice. The first time I didn't hook up (I was sideways), the second time I did, and I never saw more than a fender. I got him by 2 car lengths, and he runs 13.2 secs in the quarter so I figure I am low 13's high 12's.
Now he has a Dart w/ a NASTY 440 and the old 360 is coming out of the Challenger, he says a Big Block is called for!
