As the truck looks today

Page 1 is pictures of me doing some body work and paint.

Page 2 is pictures of me pulling the 302 out of my older ranger
it needs rebuilt.

Page 3 is a picture of my truck with a OLD set of tires. I have a video of this, i smoked the tires for about 1 minute.

You done some good work on your truck so far it looks great, just wondering by putting in 351 and your ranger, and notching your frame will that take awaiting the strength of the frame, is there a chance that it may bend in anyway. It doesn't look like you notched yours much. Reason why I'm asking is that with my ranger it was notched out for the headers as well, on the passenger side. I bought the truck the way it is and so with me being so excited about finding a ranger i liked. I did not notice some people it said I have nothing to worry about, some have shown concern. The size of the notch is probably about 1 inch in on both sides and about 2 inches long on the top part of the frame. What would be your opinion. Thanks

Nice work Your installing a 351 W Im going to install a 351 in my 90 ranger also but it will be 5sp I can see your using tri-y header did you have to modify them to fit? I was planning on making my own headers (I work for a shop that bends tubing) but if I can start with something and modify it to fit that would be great

Looks like you've got a bit of work going into your truck already, it'll be a heck of a rocket when done. Hope you got a posi 9" with wide slicks to help with the traction. best of luck on the completion.
