man...the 340 is an excellen hook up for that rig......check out offroad340's rig.....he's got the shiznit when it come to the motor! good luck on your project.....check out my old 77' and 79' power wagons sometime! 5 stars to all power wagons

ooh baby! Sounds like our trucks have a very similar past! My dad put a 340 in mine at some point in its life too... would love to hear some updates from your truck, and would like to see more pictures... let me know when you update your page!
