Orangetang02's 2002 Nissan Pathfinder

So here it is, my plain and boring 02' Pathfinder that I bought in December of 2005. I have put about 20,000Km on it since then, only replacing the front and rear sway bars and bushings and the day-time light module. I'm not fond of it's "soccer-mom SUV" appearance, so I'm planning on making some changes. Why not just buy something else? Well, believe it or not, this is quite a nimble and trail able vehicle, and I think with the right modifications and accessories, it'll look and behave great on and off the highway.

Mods to Date:

Interior
Removed factory 6-disc changer
Installed Alpine CDA-9853 and KCA-420i (iPod module)
Installed PAC ROEM-NIS2 audio control
Built 5/8" MDF dual subwoofer enclosure
Added two 10" Sony Xplod subs and Xplod Amp
Built an interior matching single DIN bezel

Exterior
4x 255/70/16 General Grabber AT2
Painted rusty front calipers, blue
Genuine Nissan bug deflector

Plans:

ARB Sahara Bull Bumper
~8000-9000lbs winch
Roof basket or box
Hitch
Lights
A different grill

What haunts me...

A 2" suspension lift with warn hubs!

I need to research this more... The good boys at NPORA seem to think this is a great mod, claiming that warn hubs would increase fuel economy and decrease CV boot wear when disengaged. I talked to a Nissan mechanic about this, and while it may work well with floor-shift models, the newer electronic all-mode models are intensly complicated and expensive.

I havn't received intelligent feedback from many NPORA members in the past. Becuase of that, the viability of the project concerns me.
