TRANSMISSION:
As the Getrag (the factory tranny) is probably one of the biggest abominations in car history (proof in the pudding, even rebuilding them the synchros will fail early), it was replaced at around 105k miles with a sturdier Kormex tranny.
INTAKE:
K&N FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kts) Lets the motor breath easier, adding HP.

ELECTRONICS:
Use a A'PEXI ACV-R Digital Boost Controller
BRAKES:
Custom brake and rotor kit from R1 Concepts
(R1) Very happy with the stopping power and they look great. Only issue is alot of brake dust...
Next we have the Precision 550 Injectors

Followed by ARP Main and Head Bolts
For Fuel Control I went with the A'PEXI NEO

It was time to replace the old, noisy 1mm lash adjusters (valve adjusters) with new 3mm third gen ones...
And for the win... 15T turbo's! Newest on the market for the 3000GT and good for just over 600awhp! I hope my drivetrain can survive it...
