This is my 1965 Mustang 2+2 Fastback.
It was built on the 9th day of production for fastbacks.
And it has alot of "64.5" parts on it.
I bought it in 1990 out of California and I am the 2nd owner.
It has 59k original miles and all original sheet metal.
The car was painted just before I bought it.
I redid the interior and had the engine bay "freshend up".
The rims are off of my 69 Mach1.(I have the oringinal hubcaps)
The drivetrain is all original(as far as I know).
Black and gold color combo was only used in 1965.
The car is a 289 2v automatic.
The color is called Rangoon Red with red standard interior.
Upgrades where the V8, Auto trans, center console and Spinner hubcaps.
