1987 Dodge Dakota, AKA "Dolly"

Description: I bought this vehicle last week, and now it's become a project to get it looking "hot" per say. It's a longbed model with a 3.9l carburated V6 engine. I bought it from my aunt and uncle, who i trusted when they told me it had alot of new parts on it. They must not know that junkyard parts dont count as "new". After inspection of the truck after i received it, it runs rather well. The only cosmetic damnage is that my aunt knocked both peices of glass from the side mirrors some how... and it looks like someone threw white primer on it, so it will get painted. As of now, i've put in my Kenwood KRC-580 receiver (200 watt, cassette / cd changer control) eventually the cd changer controller will control a linux based laptop that contains all of my mp3s, but as of right now it's got a phono cable that plugs into my ipod which niceley fits into the ash tray. I have pioneer mids in the front, a 800 watt kenwood house amp that's plugged into an inverter until i can buy a car amp, and 2 offbrand 8"s until i buy an amp, then they will be upgraded to infinity 10"s most likely. The truck will get painted either a burnt orange, or black, not sure yet. More pictures to come!
