Hey, that probably is a urethane bumper on there. If it is if you can reach behind where the bumper is dented in and heat it with a heat gun or maybe even a hair dryer you might be able to push out where the bumper is dented in as long as there is no bent metal brackets or anything holding it in. The urethane bumpers can be moved around with some heat. Just make sure you wear heavy gloves. Other wise you could take it off and straighten it.

Dude, my Buick could SMOKE this bird. Well, maybe not...considering I crashed it....but that's another story...dude if you're gonna drive a bird, grow a mullet. If you need tips, i can put you in touch with a guy I know...your mullet would be a beaut...especially in your bird.
