sold 2006 :(  still lives on though, not with the 400 engine because i pulled and sold it, now it has a 350 in it and a better th350 anmd is painted solid flat black and wagon wheels and is driven still to this day.  i am kicking myself still yes :(

i have a stock untouched '78 bonanza C-10 longfleet pickup now i am working on. 305 and th350 converted to 3L80HD trans from an 87 pickup i traded off for an 82 Z28 a few years ago when all these vehicles still were around and cheap. unlike these days now,

'77 chevy cheyenne k-10 long fleet pickup

fastrwabbit's 1977 Chevrolet C/K Pick-Up

full time 4x4 with original 400 smallblock chevy engine TLS stamped, and th350 tranny and np203 full time transfer case but with part time WARn hubs swapped in place of the original full time caps, 3.07 ratio dana 44 front axle and 12 bolt rear, HD brakes, runs drives great no slop or shimmy or anything, wearing 31x10.50" A/T tires and stock chevy steel 6 lug rally wheels and caps and rings painted to match the light beige secondary body color,

this rig is also a daily driver of mine, it has some real strong low end torque the 400 engine will push this truck right along like its nothing, brand new quadrajet carb from local O Reilly auto parts store, and a real old edelbrock S2P2 intake manifold i put on it that is designed for low RPM torque, it did have the original iron non EGR intake on it when i got it early this spring, seats are from a dodge caravan or similar, very comfy nice seats i like them alot, the previous owner put them in just before i got the truck,

third gear is going out in the th350 tranny i do have a good th350 sitting that i could put in it but i drive it around in 2nd just fine up to around 45 or 50mph no problem at all, i may never do the swap i dont know, or maybe just part the truck out or trade it for a good old 2 wheel drive 3/4 or 1 ton work truck that i need more than a 4x4 right now

Hi Randy, Welcome to the Domain! Nice pickup you have there. Any plans for your ride in the future? In my eyes, it's perfect. Afterall, it's a CHEVY! Keep the rubber side down, and hit me back when you post more pictures. Later...
