Graphics ApplicationThe first thing I did was buy the "Smokey and the Bandit" decal set for the 1977 Special Edition Trans Am. It took over 14 hours and the help of one good friend to apply all the decals. Now this car isn't a real Special Edition but I didn't care. I always wanted a "Bandit" car and I think this as close as I'll ever get to having one. You have a nice T/A But I think that you should have kept the original exhaust tips or found exhaust tips that are similar to the stock tips. My '78 T/A tas the original tips which I think look the best on the car. I believe that the original tips make the car look unique, but overall a nice car. I know that bird cost you a pretty penny for that bird. You can find pictures of my T/A on my 1992 ranger page, Its one of the last pages. As of right now i currently have the original bird on the hood with flowmaster exhaust.

That is a sweet Trans Am. Your hard work has certainly paid off. I currently have a 95 TA but I might be getting one like yours. What size tires are you running on the snowflake wheels? When you get a chance check out my TA, lemme know what you think.

hey nice tran am man, i love the movie smokey and the bandit and i have wanted a 77 trans am ever since, i looked at page 4 where you said if you can tell the difference and i could see one difference, the genuine car has a gold trim around the grill and the black grill beside the headlights but your car has the trim and grill both gold and im sure if i walked around both in person i could point out more differneces lol

Sweet looking T/A!!!! Reminds me of "Smokey and the Bandit." If I wasn't paying for my 2002 T/A I would love to get a hold of that year or maybe a 1978 model. But check my ride out and lemme' know what you think.
