I bought this car a month ago for $1000. When I walked up to take a look at it I knew this would be the car for me.
For 213,000 miles, this car purrs like it just rolled off the line. There's some squealing which I'm working on pinning down..but it's in really good shape.
On the outside it's got a few dents and scratches, including a dent which some lady put into it yesterday when she didn't see me coming.
Right now everything is stock. I don't plan on doing much to it, a new sound system is the only thing I've got planned for it. I'm probably going to get some rims put on, not too chromed out or huge like I see all the time. I've learned farting mufflers don't make your car go any faster.
My mom had an '87 Maxima but after years of abuse, it bit the dust. Nissan makes a good vehicle, which influenced my decision to buy my Sentra.
UPDATE 2009: Three years without updating this thing...I sold my Sentra in April of 2008. After replacing the clutch, new brakes, an accident which snapped my tie rod and ruined my steering for the most part, I finally let her go. I was paying for a '91 Pathfinder (i'm putting it up now) and gas prices were $4.00 a gallon, I had to find some way to pay for the gas in my SUV.
