My entire car is built around this guy, my new SC44 turbo...
I had the turbo ceramic jet coated chrome and black, also the exhaust mani black. this will keep parts from rusting and also keep under hood temps down...
Here's the complete engine ready to be dropped in!
the bak of the block you can see the stock PCV system is removed and set up for a catch can system.
the fun begins...
still have a lot more to do but I'm getting close...
never welded before in my life... so I bought a welder and tought myself how to weld, then made my intercooler pipes :)
yeah I had to do them again because first time car was on jacks with no tires... one side rubbed the tire, the other side hit the ground, opps!
just means more welding practice :)
you can see bare metal pieces I added for the right fit...
thats all set now...
the next welding will be my exhaust. here's the new 3" kteller kit next to my old DC sports exhaust...
almost done! here's the muffler section I just made... went with a Magnaflow muffler...
EDIT: finished!
Had to stop because I need to order one more flange and ran out of welding gas!
