to start out, before I can mount the head on the block I must first clean the combustion chambers...

this is the same fully built B16 head from the previous built motor... it was sent to a machine shop to make sure it was strait, re-surfaced, and checked for leaks...

now that all the internals are installed, the next thing I did was install the ITR oil pump, ITR water pump, and thermostat housing, etc...

ARP head studs being installed... I used an OEM head gasket bored out to 84mm, and copper sprayed both sides for a better seal...

head is finally installed...

next step is to clean/paint the tranny, then mount that along with the flywheel and clutch...

did all the intake side of things... dont mind the crap stock fuel line, it will be replaced with braided ss lines after tunning...
