Test fit - It's time to stuff in a mock up motor and fit everything. I ended up with a nice GT40 intake which I had really wanted from the beginning. I also adapted a 96-01 GT 4.6 Mustang C&L cold air intake kit to fit into the 69 engine bay. I kept looking at that design and thought it would fit nicely and it does. You can also see the custom EFI export brace using 1 1/8" tubing that I built here.

Just another view of the C&L setup but a nicer view. I have since built a bracket to hold up the Mass Air Sensor that will be rubber isolated from the chassis to allow movement.

Here are a couple old fans from a swap meet I've had forever. Although this is not the radiator I will use it is very close to the size which allowed testing fitting for area coverage and clearance.
