Meet Ziggy, My 1999 Catera Sport
mzacherl's 1999 Cadillac Catera

I purchased this Caddi-Mobile in the late fall of 2005 It was (and still is) in emacualte condition. With only 35,000 miles on it and only a few blemeshes, a price below 10 grand was perfect. Its proven itself a very great car. Quick and nimble even despite the high curb weight.

A little history of the Catera:
The Catera is the first model Cadillac to be built and designed in Germany under the dream to become the worlds most premiere automobile company. The '99 model year of this car is the first Cadillac to pass LEV (Low Emissions Vehicle) standards. In the '99 model year, Cadillac made the Catera Sport variation. This version of the car is rare. Only 2000 of the Sport version were made (out of 25,000) in this year and body style (in the 2000 model year the exterior changed). And since 1999, who knows how many are left. The Sport version boosts a stiffer suspension, more dynamic rocker pannels, 16 inch brushed alluminum rims, and a rear deck spoiler. It is a gorgeous vehicle and a collector's item.
