This is the old frame that was under the body of my 71 chevelle. I found out it was this bad one day while changing front springs. Well here is the new frame. 450.00 already sandblasted and primered. Some prep and it will be ready for paint. Now its painted. I decided to hang the exhaust on the frame in one piece. Also i purchased ss frame stiffeners. Bought a coil of 3/8 inch fuel line 22.00. Bent it myself also bought some line clips, the original style. Did the same thing with 5/16 in line for the evap canister And so on Dirty 10 bolt posi rearend. Same rearend primered. Painted up and sporting a posi axle tag. F41 suspension in a box. 1in rear sway bar, brackets for boxing the lower rear control arms, and the attaching hardware. 4spd crossmember besides old rotted out one. Painting crossmember and rear swaybar. SS frame stiffeners, sandblasted and waiting for paint. Bumper brackets i bought from a great guy on team chevelle 75.00 Here they are with a coat of por15. Set of original 71 SS 15x7 rally wheels. $300.00 for four wheels with trim rings and centers. Here's a better pic on the front porch. Rough and ReadyBy Trace AdkinsBest Video Codes Just had the tires installed today. 275/60/15 Nothing like new rubber on nice rims. Here's a comparison shot of the new tires and rims to the old ones. Finally installed on the car. It really fills up the wheel well. Also raised the back of the car 2in. Now all of the wheels are on. I pushed the car outside for this picture. I like the look, it really muscles up the appearance of the car. Heck we'll just forget the fact the old rims didn't fit and the tires were may-pop brand. Old booster with master cyl that i purchased with the muncie off a elcamino on a farm. Had to use them as a core return for the new master cyl and booster combo. New master/ booster combo. $100.00. Making a brake line for the left front brake hose. Started bending the brake lines from the master to the prop valve. Same thing as above just tweaked a little more. It's starting to take shape now. Checking alignment now to the master/ booster combo. Now it's done. New 1 1/4in front swaybar with greasable poly mounts and end links. New calipers rotors and brake hoses. Just put the grille extensions back on. Pic of the left front brake line. New brake pipe and hose. Yet another new booster. This time it is gold cadmium plated. Closeup of the new master cylinder. Now that just sets off the entire engine compartment. Big block intermediate shaft that I purchased on ebay for 79.00. Beside that is a starter wire clip for 13.00. Same source. I have seen these go for 400.00 in this condition recently. Here is the same shaft after i refinished it. Filthy, greasy, rusted steering box. Same steering box after degreasing. After bead blasting. After some light polishing with a wire wheel. The big block intermediate shaft installed on the car. Steering box after i rebuilt it.

Very nice ride, definitely a five starPlease come and check out our 1984 CJ-7, We Call B.O. "Blue Ox" It was hand built with help from Randy's Off Road Connection in Marysville, WA. Clean this thing up and you will win trophies at the local truck show. The front and rear axles were built by CURRIE ENTERPRISES. They both are 6 LUG DANA 44's w/ 11" brake kit and 4:56 gears. The Jeep also has Curries heavy duty rock crawler tie rods, drag links and steering box brace kit. The rear axle has the DETROIT LOCKER and the front has ARB AIR LOCKER. It was lifted 6 inches with Curries rock crawler springs that are connected to the frame with welded Currie spring hangers. NO LOW HANGING SHACKLES HERE" We get the power to them thru curries balanced custom rock crawler CV drive shafts. It rolls on Mickey Thomson rims W/ 35" SUPER SWAMPER SSR's. I also had them sipped for more wet weather/ winter traction. I keep her riding smooth with RANCHO RS9000 shocks. If it gets stuck I can pull her out with the Warn HS9500I winch. The paint is glacier blue with black interior Water proof bucket seats and full custom roll cage.

you putting factory AC on an AC car or something else? If you are then its pretty straight forward. New O-rings and new dryer. I adjusted my POA valve for R134 and the temps got to 30* out the vents on a fairly warm day. I cant remember how much I did but I think it was a quarter turn. Ill have to look it up.
