I bought 10 meters of grounding cable, a box of the wire head and a pair of bracket which will be use for the Little Bad Boy'z grounding. The cable was bought a few months back then until i install it into the Little Bad Boy. I measure and cut the cables into 8 different length of cables and tape the wire head on to the cables. However, i only manage to make it a 6-point grounding instead of 8. The points i grounded are :
1. Firewall
4. Left fender
2. Right fender
5. Intake Manifold
3. Engine Head Cover
6. Distributor
The other 2 cables is for the extractor and alternator, but i can't get my hand into the area. So i just give up on that and make it a 6-point grounding. It takes me around 3-4 hours to complete the whole grounding setup. Now, the Little Bad Boy running smoother, higher and stable voltage (remember I have voltage meter in my turbo timer?) and quieter fuel pump. Haha....Since there is still cable left, i will think to ground may be another 3 points next time.

Bought a "chicken" brand dual funnel open port air filter to replace the old drop in air filter. Just remove the air filter box and tighten the open port on the air ram pipe. Hope this will improve the air intake. Hehe.... Will make a heat rejection box and get some cold air intake pipes later to lead more fresh and cold air from the front.

Bought a SARD Adjustable Fuel Press Regulator with fuel press meter and adaptor from the internet. Needed this to help on the fuel surge on The Little Bad Boy as the mixture is too rich from the previous dyno. Had been setting the fuel pressure on 2.4 Bar or ard 34 psi which is the stock pressure for 4E engine. Complete the DIY installation with a fren's help.

Upgraded my stock 13" steel rims to 15" Japan sport rims. This rims is 15x6.5jj, PCD 100/114.3, Offset +45 comes together with 195/65 series tyre. After getting the rims, i directly wrap it with Pirelli Drago P5000 series 195/50 because series 65 tyres can't really being use by The Little Bad Boy. This is how it looks like on The Little Bad boy.

This is my latest dyno result after the setup of the grounding wires, fuel pressure regulator, CAI and open port air filter. This setup gain me another 12whp than the previous dyno, 117.8whp and 115lbs of torque, but the Little Bad Boy is still running rich, AFR reading still under 9. At first I think the fuel press regulator will do the job, but it did not perform as expected. So I bet i have 2 get some management system or a fuel surge tank to overcome this fuel surge problem.
