I always like to have a clear grill on the car. So i decided to DIY myself one with the OEM grill of the Little Bad Boy. First i have to saw the grill to have a clear space in the middle, then i use tapes to 'seal' the holes on the side of the grill. After that, i putty the grill to cover the tapes area so that it looks better. This is the process that takes me very long to complete the grill as the putty is very mild and hard to dry, it take me weeks to complete it since i have to sand it smooth and reputty, resand and reputty again and again.

After the putty and sanding process, i install a thin layer of metal grill behind and put on the TRD emblem that i bought previously. Finally, this is what the Little Bad Boy looks like with the new grill.

Have been went to dyno with some of the club members. The dyno shows that the Little Bad Boy is running too rich on the air-fuel mixture that causing him to get only 105.1WHP. A Fuel Press Regulator is needed to control on the fueling. Below is the pic and video taken during the dyno shootout. The dyno sheet on the left is WHP and Torque. The one on the right is WHP and AFR, as you can see in the dyno chart that the air-fuel mixture is too rich until the dyno machine can't read it.
