I had always wanna replace the old ugly dashboard for the little bad boy, so I directly swap in the Starlet dashboard and whole set of center console during the engine transplant. Now, the Little Bad Boy have also a "new" interior dashboard and meter from the Starlet halfcut. And of coz, there is also a new armrest that I bought during his hibernation and DIY it onto the handbrake console.

On the weekend after I changed the rear disk brake, i went to install the 5 in 1 ZMax Multi Turbo Timer that I bought last few weeks ago for the Little Bad Boy. This turbo timer consist of the function such as manual timer, auto timer, volt meter, rpm meter, handbrake security, shift light with warning beep. A multi function timer that operates all it function perfectly and cheap.

Remember I DIYed the paint job for my grill and front bumper? I had did another DIY paint job on the "new" Starlet bumper with the remaining paint that i bought last time. First, i sand the fiber area of the bumper that touch up by the workshop that help me to install the bumper. The surface of the fiber is very rough as the workshop did not help me to sand it (as i did not pay for it too. Haha...), so i just simply sand it to become smoother.

After that, is "wrapping" time.....Haha....Same as old time, I wrap the front part of the Little Bad Boy with newspaper and tapes. Spraying this bumper ain't easy as the previous one. I take me more than half and hour to wrap it up and I ended up with no more tapes. Then I spray black paint as the base coating on the the bumper first as the fiber area is red/pink. I only spray the black base coat on the fiber area and did not spray the whole bumper.

After the black base coating, I spray on the silver paint that is the same color as my rear bumper. Finally, touch up the silver paint with a layer of clear coat to protect the paint. The job done is not too bad, only some scratches and un-even spot on the fiber can be seen near.

The Little Bad Boy will be send for complete car paint job later at the mid/end of the year. So just paint it for better view first. Hehe...
