After a year, the Little Bad Boy'z engine getting worst as i accidentally sent him to a mechanic that did not fix him well during the case my water hose and seal burst. Finally he went down on my birthday in 2007. I am very upsad and started to plan to transplant another engine transplant into the Little Bad Boy, to make us to roll on the road again. Because of financial problem and lack of knowledge, the plan has been delayed a year before i have the money and found my desire halfcut in a workshop at V&S. Finally, during my birthday week on 2008, the little bad boy is towed to the workshop for his new engine transplant.

The engine i choose, is 4E-FTE, 1300cc, Turbo-charged engine which produce 135 hp from a Toyota Starlet EP82. Sorry guys, i forgot to take the pic of the halfcut as i am too excited for what happening soon.  :P

Anyway, below is the pic during my engine transplant.

First week

When i reach the workshop, the whole engine of the Little Bad Boy had already swap to the 4E engine and gear box, i don even see my old CB23 engine anymore (Till now, I still donno where it went). All the engine and gear box mounting is done and the pic shows the Sifu is doing the engine balancing for the little bad boy. And of coz, don forget the messy interior. Hahaha......

 Second Week

The whole engine and dashboard already fitted into the Little Bad Boy. The thing left is only the front suspension, disk break, wiring and of coz the bumper. The mounting of the suspension and the disk break join need to be mod as it can't fit the little bad boy directly and as my front bumper had accident before, so i will just fit in the EP82 front bumper given by the workshop owner. No hassel. And again, don forget the messy interior...^^

Finally, after 4 months of waiting, the Little Bad Boy have wake up from his long hibernation of a year. The very first gift i bought for the Little Bad Boy to celebrate his revival is a plate no holder. 2 weeks after the engine transplant, I went to install the "new" Starlet bumper for the Little Bad Boy as his previous stock bumper had already crack due to the accident very long time ago. Now he does not only have a "new" bumper, new facelift, but also a pair of "new" fog light. Eventhough the installation and modification fees for the bumper and fog light is quite high, but worth it when i get the car back after the installation, hehe. Anyway, the Starlet bumper and fog light is free from the transplant workshop.

The very 2nd day after the bumper installation, i notice that my brake does not function as usual cause me nearly have an accident banging to the car in front. I only manage to stop the little bad boy by paddling the brake paddle to the end. So, i directly went to the workshop and have a check on it. Then only knows that one of my rear drum brake hose is leaking. After hassling to fix on the hose, I decided to change both the rear drum brake to detomaso 1.6L rear disk brake.

And now, the brake is macho to hold the 1.3L Turbocharged engine under the hood. But still, the front absosbers and disk brake will be upgraded to the EP82 absorbers and disk brake later.
