I own an 1983 Chevrolet Camaro Sport Coupe.
This car originally came stock with a 2.8l V6 and a 3 speed auto trans (TH-200C). I was looking for a car for a long time. I found this car at my now ex-girlfriend's grandmother's neighbor's house. the car looked solid but a little rough. I went over and took a look, it had no motor or transmission.
This is what the car looked like when I bought it.
notice the crappy wheels and tires. The car is very solid, the dent you see on the fender is one of 2 dents on the whole car. there isn't any rust either.
this car was originally a florida car, which would explain why there is so little rust.
This car has been in my posession for 4 years now, and I have to say I'm very proud of how far it has came. the body of the car hasn't really changed very much, but the motor and interior have.
Current plans for the exterior:
rear tail lights will be replaced with later style grid tail lights with the amber section tinted red, the lights will also be modified to have the sequential tail light mod installed.
the car will remain a sport coupe body with no ground effects.
I would like to get a set of 17 or 18 inch chrome torque thrust II's for the rims.
