This is an ALL AMC original V8 car. The Luxury version w/tilt out wing windows, power discs, power steering, torque link rear suspension and air cond. (only 10% of production for one model year)

here's some more spec's. As for the color " think dreamsicle in a blender" ( A special thanks to Alan Cooper & family for the paint work. Alan passed away immed. after completing the paint. We all miss him. He was a hoot.) The body & interior are stock & flawless.( had to move the shifter to the floor to be able to control this beast and added a vintage Gatornationals tach with shift light.)

The engine is a 401+.040 (thats 409 cu.in. for the chevy crowd) forged everything w/J&E pistons (invert domes), a custom Lunati cam from 1973 found new in box (RADICAL),291 heads w/50cc chambers, ported, Proform, Edelbrock, Harland Sharp, MSD, Mallory, Moroso, Holley, Hooker etc.etc. racerouse's 1972 AMC Gremlin racerouse's 1972 AMC Gremlin
This was mated to an A904 w/a 3400 stall, extra discs & upgrades needed to handle the hp. Then we bolted on a Gearvendors overdrive to a short driveshaft and connected it to an AMC 20 rearend w/4:56 gears, a Powertrax silent locker and Moser axles. The front end uses chromed Carrera coil overs and oversized discs.

The car has 540hp and almost the same torque. It runs 11.30's according to the G-Tech on 17" Cragars w/ Mickey Thompsons. Makes you wonder what it would do on slicks? ( other than wheelies!) As soon as the tune ups are complete I will take it to the track for the one pass I get before they run me off (not NHRA legal, no cage, ext. batt. shutoff etc.)
One thing for sure. WHEN YOU LIGHT THIS MONSTER OFF, EVERYBODY PAYS ATTENTION!

ALWAYS REMEMBER! If it's bite is worse than it's bark (or it's teeth are bigger than it's body)
