this toyota supra was purchased from a guy in KCMO that bought it for his daughters graduation gift and she didn't like it. She claimed the car was too big and had a little too much get up and gone. I found it in an ad on the internet and immediately called the guy to inquire as to it's condition and he told me it was completely stock and in mint condition save one cracked tail light. He was only asking $2200 for it, so i slapped a for sale sign on my 1999 Ford Escort ZX2 and sold it in two days to a friend for $2500. I made the initial trip to KCMO the night i got the cash for my ZXTUNR to check out the supra. Immaculate. Absolutely bone stock with 77,327 on the odometer. Not bad for 1986.5 supra. And being a previous supra owner, i knew what this car was. Well i told the guy i needed to think about it for a couple days. $2200 was a major investment for a broke white boy from missouri. so i went home and pined for two long days over this car. Then i made the phone call. "hello sir, i would really like to buy your car, but so far i have only come up with $1800." To which he replied "I think we can make a deal." well no sooner did I hang up the phone did i jump in my old zxtunr and on the way, with two friends in tow, from St Jo Mo to KCMO in about 35 minutes. I handed over the cash and he handed me the original factory key. Factory key! Ever since she has been my baby. My second supra, and most definitely the better of the two.
