here is our 1967 rally sport camaro. this was originally goign to be my car until we brought it home and completely took it apart and found that it was rusted pretty bad. hints the name rusto mod. so now it is becoming an all out badass street car. right now it is at a guys house who is mini tubing the back end making a 4-link suspension installing the ford 9 inch with 3.42 gears and building a custom floorpan. the floor pan is raised up a little bit allowing the body to sit lower to the ground. we have zr1 wheels for it 17x9.5 fronts and 17x11 rears the backs have a 335 tire on it too! we have the complete interior but we will probably replace it with all new stuff anyways. the rear seat is a factory fold down rear seat. there werent too many 67 camaro's with a fold down rear seat. it has the hideaway headlights on the front and they are electric they work great compared to the vaccume ones that 68 and 69 had. we have located a lt1 motor for it but we also found a ls1 auto parts car but havent bought it yet that would be ideal. we want to go with a 6-speed but idk yet. the car has brand new quarters on it and a new roof skin it has a factory steel cowl hood. im ready to get the car back so we can start working on it. we are planning on painting it cortez silver with a tuxedo black nose stripe. but we are probably goign to paint it with dp90 and drive it like that for awhile untill we can get it just right.
