it sounds really nice and i kept my stock head unit so if you looked in you would think it is completley stock

nice job.. clean install! I put black speaker fabric over the hole I cutout behind my rear armrest (like u have).. It doesn't affect the sound quality and it looks even cleaner in case you forget to put that rear armrest back up.
