hey nice neon, pretty kool and weird to see a modified neon with only 500 miles sent back to the dealership. Couple things though i saw u posted about an srt 4 swap....lots of stuff to do b4 u even get the engine, new axles cpu exhaust etc etc etc. ALso, do you live or was the car ever at all in a dusty town or city, cause for the engine bay to be that dirty with only 500 miles on it is weird also. ANyway good luck with it and drive safe
