This is my 1972 Chevy pickup that me and my dad built together. It was formed by two C-10 pickups one was a 1969 and the other was a 1972. I am running just a mild 350 that was bored 0.030 over to a 355. The bottom end it pretty much been built up to take a beatin' with a fully fresh bottom end and flat top pistons. The cam in it has enough profile to get a good lope on it for now wit the good ol' big valve cast heads. Mostlikely later on there will more things added as the years go on.....You know how that is.

This was kind of our goal in what we wanted it to look something like.

this was the 69 we started with. Someone had tried to set the inside of the cab on fire when it was previously owned and all the interior was destroyed.

the cab after sandblasting what you can see it all the whole and patch work needing to be fixed

the cab after we extended it

the two frames we used (front off the 72 and back off the 69) the reason we went wit the 72 front end was for the disc brakes and the 69 rear end because it had the coil spring rear set up

the extension done with the window frame finished we used old doors for the sides and the rear window to create the side one

I now drive the truck everyday to school. Everyone at school wishes they had the truck and wants me to take them for a ride. I do drive it in the rain but don't drive it in the snow. For the winter months the truck is parked away in the garage away from the winter elements. The truck drives really nice and sounds awesome. My dad and I plan on takin the truck on the 2007 Hot Rod Power Tour.
