This header is a 4-2-1 design, the primary tubes are 2in., which are collected into a 2.25 in. collectors and those are then once more collected into a 2.5in. pipe.

Yeah the car was never dynoed however. It was a noticable difference over the 91-92 header! Which is said to be a gain of 8to 10hp. The runners on that header are huge! Not always a good thing, but it felt awesome way up top in the R's!

Yuriy_AV, Thanks, we try many R n D items. That header is nothing special, but it did the job when we wanted to test the flow of that design.

93saturnsl20 Have your local shop run a compression check on the cylinders. Even on a a tip top shape saturn, i would advise not to run more than 8psi.

im in the process of turboing my 93 saturn sl. its got like 190000 miles on it so do you know how much boost i should run
