1965 Olds Cutlass Conv. I bought this car in 2002 in Tacoma, Wa then in '04 moved to Japan and took it with. I noticed lots of rust in the summer of 2005 so had an old Japanese guy do the body work/paint, he has been doing body work since 1960!! The orig 330 and 2 speed trans were getting tired so I got a Chevy 350/ TH350 and shoe horned them in(bored .30 over and Edlebrock everything), I still have the orig motor and when I get back to the states I will re-build and put back in. I replaced the bumpers with fiberglass ones to save weight(also they dont rust). Still working on the interior, but it leaks so still trying to get all the new weather stripping to work before I put in the seats, carpet etc..The Japanese love old American Iron and mostly have the 59-65 Impala's so this is a little different to see over here. new 17" Torque Thrust II rims, added disc brakes from a 72 Chevelle, stops like a dream now.

That's a great-lookin' Olds (a Young-mobile if there ever was one). About the dubs, don't do it unless you can lower the body over them. These cars look best, IMHO, when they're long, wide and low. Love the color!
