This is my truck after an afternoon in the mud, and then it rained and washed most of it off.

This is my truck...after it got wrecked in a local Baja Style Race, Jumped a ravine, hit a rock on the far side, stopped my truck cold. Ha! Just kidding. Guy hit me in the parking lot at work. This is with my original texas trucks brush gaurd.

Do you get stuck easily since it is 2wd?

Nice truck, you are going to love having fun with it in the dirt. I would recommend going with a straight suspension lift. Mine is 2.5", more than enough height for most any obstacle. I can fit 33's with that. I don't think any tire size above 33 is a good idea unless you swap out gearing as well, the little V6, even supercharged, can't quite handle those heavy tires. Instead of a body lift, get rocker panel protection. Much more useful. I had my grill custom made by a friend at a CNC shop, but Trendz makes one similar. And if I can find those stickers, you can have some. Send your mailing address to my e-mail. ryankump@hotmail.com Thanks for checking out my truck, have fun with yours!

I'd say since you have the double cab don't go with a roll bar. The bed is small enough without it. A box topper or lid/cover [like you have now] isn't bad at all. But if you do want the roll bar, don't put lights on it -- they'd be way too far back. It's all your call. I'd like nerf bars on my truck, like yours, but ya can't always get what ya want. Later man.

Thanks for the kudos on my 4Runner... that info was OLD!!! I spent about 2 hours this morning re-writing all 7 pages and added more recently updated photos as well. Now go check it out. Also, don't waste your time with a brush guard... if you want a bumper that works and that won't crumble like aluminum foil in an accident, go get a TJM or have one fabbed to fit your truck. Yotas shouldn't have brush guards, that's for soccer mom SUV's.
